How To Be Organised & Productive | Reem Noobo

You can call this a follow-up on the "How NOT to feel like crap" post. It's like, level two in productivity. Let's be honest here, it's pretty hard to get off your butt and do stuff, and even if you have the energy to get up, sometimes you don't know what to do next. Trust me, I've been there so many times and this is why I'm going to share with you my tips on how I get things done
!
  • GET A PLANNER

Planners are everywhere now for a reason! It's because they make you ten times more organised (and mainly because they're too cute..)

  • DON'T CHECK YOUR PHONE
When you first wake up in the morning, don't check your phone and social media and all that jazz. I once read that when you check your e-mails or social media first thing in the morning you're spending time from YOUR own morning getting PEOPLE's goals done instead of yours! Focus on spending your morning getting things off your own to-do list which brings us to the next point..
  • SET YOUR GOALS THE NIGHT BEFORE

Remember that planner I mentioned earlier? It's time for you to use it. Before going to bed take some time to write down a to-do list for you to help you get things done next morning.
  • KNOW THAT EVERY SECOND IS IMPORTANT

Every single second that passes makes it even more difficult to finish what you want to finish that day. Because it takes from the "free time" that you'll have after you finish your task and as the time passes, it takes from the time you're supposed to work in and time keeps passing till the day ends and there's no time to do anything. So, postpone that extra "phone checking" step till you finish your task.

  • MAKE TO-DO LISTS A HABIT
Even if you don't have something life-changing that you need to do, create a small to-do list just to train yourself to be more organised later..
