things I learnt about myself ~ a list | reem

Wow it's been a while. I am finally taking the time to write on my blog. It feels so good to be able to do it again. I have been feeling very uninspired for a long time for different reasons, pharmacy school is definitely one of them,  but today I felt the urge to write and publish something, so I guess I'll just enjoy it while it lasts.

here's a list of things I learnt about myself...

- I'm not feeling my best at the moment but I can say that things are slowly but surely getting better.

-  I'm not enjoying pharmacy school as much as I used to.

- turns out, I'm actually quite emotional.

- I love fashion so much and I always have.

- The thought that there're many things that we can't control terrifies me.

- the sims makes me feel better, but it sometimes has the opposite effect when I think about how I'm enjoying it much less than I  used to.

- I tend to hide parts of my personality lest not being understood by people.

- It's been pointed out to me several times that I'm too nice to people.

- 7 and 8 are probably mechanisms I use to make people stick around and not leave even if I'm not being 100% myself.

- Learning to be unapologetically  myself is something that I'm working on.

- I'm affected by my surroundings more than I thought.

- I have trouble opening up to people and being vulnerable, but I'm working on it.

- I have trouble asking for help from people that I would never hesitate to offer help to.

-  I need to be as kind to myself as I am to people.

-  I'm a perfectionist.

- I'm really liking my hair at the moment.

- I eat pasta 80% of the time.

-  this is my handwriting in the photo above...
(I don't like the number 9 so I had to add this *shrugs*).
