Healthy Sugar-Free Coconut Matcha Tea Cake Microwave Recipe | Quick and easy for beginners

Add to a large bowl:

3 eggs
1 cup yogurt
Diet sugar/maple syrup
Vanilla packet

--> Mix with a hand blender.

Add 2 cups of shredded coconut + 1 tbsp Matcha of choice + 1 tbsp baking powder + 2 drops of vinegar to the bowl and mix with a spatula. If the mixture is too thick, you can slowly add milk until you're satisfied with the consistency. Line your baking tupperware with some shredded coconut then pour the mixture evenly. I used this microwave-compatible set.

Close the lid and microwave for 10 minutes.

Enjoy your tea cake!

Review of All Garnier Ultra Doux Hair Food 3-in-one Masks For Long Wavy (2c) Hair

Let me start by saying that I'm so glad this hair product exists. I was just scrolling through the latest hair products, looking for a nourishing hair mask for my wavy hair that'd been leaning on the dry side. I've tried what feels like a hundred masks, and very few made a noticeable difference. Let's say I wasn't very lucky in terms of finding the right products, especially since you generally can't tell if a hyped product will work for you in particular or if it's worth the hype. Speaking of which, I need to clarify that this is not an ad/paid post and that I genuinely bought the product in a moment of summer hair desperation.

I first found the "Ultra Doux Banana Hair Food 3-in-1 Treatment," which I reviewed here, and was lured by the "98% natural origin" label. That's basically what made me get it. This, and the fact that it's made specifically for dry hair. "Add to cart" was my next step. When I wash my hair, I usually put it in a microfiber towel and wait for it to dry a bit, then I lather whatever leave-in I've been using and braid my hair for some definition. So that time, I applied it after the shower as a leave-in; When my hair fully dried, I let it down and was shocked at how soft it was! But I was equally as shocked at how true to the scent on the packaging it was; it had such a strong, fresh banana scent that I just could not keep! So I had to wash it off and basically use it as a mask rather than a leave-in.

"3 ways to enjoy Banana Hair Food: Hot Oil Bath, Mask or Leave-in Cream."

I experimented with other hair products until my sister got me the "Fructis Hair Food Papaya Mask" for a change, but I just didn't like it; it didn't measure up to the moisture and nourishment their banana mask offered. I also didn't like the scent and had to ditch it.

After that experience, I thought maybe I didn't choose the right product for my hair type, so why not try the "Garnier Fructis Smoothing Macadamia Hair Food Treatment"? It's made for "dry, unruly hair," so I expected intense moisture. It was...just okay. Nothing special. The scent was a lot better, though.

Fast forward to the past week, when I was casually ordering groceries [while frustrated with my hair], I found their “Ultra Doux Coconut Hair Food 3-in-1 Treatment" and all the memories returned. I was genuinely frustrated at the number of hair products and steps I go through to ensure my hair is adequately moisturized in this heat. Apparently, it's not enough to moisturize, you have to "lock in" the moisture, too. I also thought that there's no way all these unnatural products can help my hair—I don't care if it's just "dead cells."

I ordered it and washed off all the hair products I had on with a sulfate-containing clarifying shampoo, conditioned, brushed, dried, and then moisturized my damp hair with a generous amount of the coconut hair food leave-in. All I did was braid my hair, wait for it to dry, then undo the braids. I was genuinely shocked at how soft and moisturized my hair was; it made me happier to know that I got these results with just one product, minimal styling, and nothing artificial!

"Garnier Ultra Doux Hair Food, our new way to nourish hungry hair. With 98% Natural Origin and 100% Vegan Blends, it is enriched with Super Food Extracts for Super Hair.

This Ultimate blend of Smoothing Coconut & Macadamia is a nourishing 3-in-1 hair mask treatment for Frizzy and Unruly Hair."

This one smells amazing, and the new formula made a difference, especially considering that I tried the macadamia and coconut one before and just didn't like it as much.

So, yes, I can say that I finally found the product I'll keep using to "feed" my hair and won't have to suffer through the smell either. I'm writing this on my third day after applying it, and my hair is still defined and moisturized--no frizz! I also only had to reapply it to the crown and hair-framing pieces/fringe that got a bit frizzy because of the friction through the night. Other than that, the product smells amazing, is long-lasting, and does what it says—moisturizes dry hair and eliminates frizz.

And that's really just it!

That's been my minimal hair routine for the summer, but I'm sure I'll keep it in the colder months too!

5-Minute Nail Art For Beginners | How to Use Nail Stickers

Remember when nail stickers were a thing? That was way back then, but I recently came across a collection of nail stickers, each with a specific theme; for instance, you've got the "love", "spring" theme, and "floral" themes. Each with intricate details and tiny little additions like leaves, sprinkles, or splashes. I wondered why this trend has died?? I mean, I remember back in school when girls would just show up with some nail sticker at the tips of their nails and call it nail art.

Now, it sure was "sloppy," but that's only because no top or base coat was applied. See how easily we can bring back this trend? You can trim/file your nails, moisturize your cuticles with any moisturizer you like, and push the cuticles a little for a cuter, more polished look!

However, if you're feeling less enthusiastic, you can just apply any base coat, I used essence ridge filler for a smooth finish, let it dry, stick your favorite nail stickers, and then top them with a shiny top coat for a smooth finish and more secure/long-lasting nail art. I used the 6-in-1 Multitalent trend it up top coat. The night-and-day difference between applying and opting out of using a top coat is shocking. So choose a top coat with a glossy finish and enjoy your subtle, shiny nail art with a playful, feminine aura.

Ready to undo? Simply start by removing the stickers, then with the smallest amount of nail polish remover, go over each nail. That's it! Hassle- and stain-free nail art in no time!
