How To Student - how I graduated pharmacy school with honours | ebook

This book is about my experience as a student. My journey has included many study sessions, exams, failures, and successes. I learned many things along my journey and some I had to learn the hard way. Going through the motions of student life was tough, at times lonely, and most of all an invaluable learning experience. It made me resourceful and able to offer my help to many students around the world. As an Egyptian Pharmacy student living in Cairo, I had to find a way to reach more students, so I made a YouTube channel and a blog through which I’ve been sharing the lessons I learned as a student. I later realised that it would be best if I wrote a book combining everything a student would need and make it available to students all over the world. So, this is exactly what this book is. This book is based upon my own experiences, but I presented what I learned in the form of bullet points and tips for other students to benefit from. So, feel free to try out the tips I’m sharing here and let me know how if they help you, which I’m sure, at least some of them, will.

After school routine in Ramadan as a pharmacy student 🌛 productive vlog ✨

Welcome to a full day in my life at home. Today I give you a peek into my routine after I get home from university as a pharmacy student in Egypt. I attend online lectures mostly, but there are some days where I still have to be physically present on campus. Today was one of those days.

Even though it's Ramadan and I've been struggling to get by, I'm still trying to put my best foot forward and stay on top of the school work. I hope this video gives you the inspiration & motivation you need. Enjoy the video!

Join me for a chilled study session (time-lapse). Finals got postponed and I have plenty of time now to catch up on piled-up lectures. Today, I decided to start with "Cosmetics." As a senior pharmacy student, I'm trying to at least study one lecture a day; so I don't fall behind and pile-up school work. I added some of my favourite relaxing studying music (piano version) for those of you who, like me, prefer listening to music when they're studying.

Productive Day in the life of A Pharmacy Student ~ Study Vlog

Welcome to a full day in my life of studying at home. Today, I take you through my at-home study space where I attend online labs, lectures, and adapt to the new online/ remote learning shift.

It has been announced that instead of finals, we're required to write, from home, a research paper or a review article (think of it like an essay, but more fragmented and scientifically specific) either individually or in groups (of up to 5 students). We can start turning in our work at the end of May till the end of June. We either pass or fail and if we fail we have another chance to rewrite and resubmit the paper/ article.

Although I did attend online lectures and received all the lectures all labs we were supposed to learn during the second term/ semester, no finals are taking place this year. We'll probably do practical exams of this term before the start of the next one (If and when it does 😿).

I am still confused tbh but I did the work anyway. I filmed myself co-writing a research paper in pharmaceutical chemistry, if you don't know what it's about you seriously need to watch my video Here

Prior to, the now over, Biochemistry midterm I filled my notebook with the endless biochemistry pathways & mechanisms so that I could go over them before any upcoming test. I don't usually make study guides so this probably gave you an idea on how lovely biochemistry is 👀 [help] I didn't particularly make it fancy with lots of colours and all the instagram-worthy jazz because TBH I don't have time for that anymore plus, I'm not sure if they help me so a black pen did the job just right 🤷 If you're struggling to get started on anything study related, here's a long real time study with me vlog with music that, hopefully, will give you the motivation to start. 🌻🌻

Today marks the first day of the second term of pharmacy school year three! 🎉

Idk about you guys but I feel like I've come a long way and I finally got to see for myself what all the fuss is about regarding pharmacology [yes it's a tough course but you get used to it, honestly, it's not that different from the rest].

I have yet to film a new study with me for the new term I'm only one day into it but here's a long study session that I've sped up. I was studying pharmacology [listening to lecture and taking notes on both, the textbook and my notebook] my notes may not be the neatest but I like to scribble and illustrate everywhere 😅
